After 7+ years, The Caroline Chateau will be closing it's doors for the final time on
November 1, 2024.

All sales are final. In the slim chance that your item/s are broken upon arrival, we will gladly refund you or replace your damaged item. Please email photos of shipping materials and broken items to thecarolinechateau@gmail.com within three days of receipt.

 

Please retain all shipping materials and damaged items until the damage claim is complete on our end. Although you will receive an immediate refund, the shipping carriers do not work that quickly with reimbursement.

Luckily breakage is a rarity so we hope this information is something you will not need.
